Accessibility Statement
We believe everyone deserves a great experience — on our website and in our services. Here's what we do to make that happen.

Our Commitment
CA Mobile FEES is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continuously improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to achieve this. Accessibility is not a feature we add — it is a core part of how we build.
Conformance Status
This website substantially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1/2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people who are blind, have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, or any combination of these.
AIDA — Your Accessibility Guide
AIDA (Accessible Inclusive Digital Assistant) is a navigation aid that works with your assistive technology, not against it. AIDA is not a compliance tool or accessibility overlay. Unlike overlay widgets that inject ARIA overrides and interfere with screen readers, AIDA cooperates with the tools you already use. It never overrides your screen reader or modifies page semantics.
Our website is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA independently of AIDA. AIDA enhances the browsing experience but is not required for accessibility.
AIDA is ready to help. Press ⌥ Option+A (Mac) or Alt+A (Windows) to open AIDA anytime. You can also click the AIDA button in the bottom-left corner.
For screen reader users: When you open AIDA (via the button or keyboard shortcut), it can help you navigate pages and find information through your screen reader. Press number keys 1-4 for quick access to the information you need.
Accessibility Settings Guide
AIDA provides guidance on how to adjust your device and browser settings for a better experience:
- Text Size — Use your browser's zoom (Cmd/Ctrl + Plus) or your OS accessibility settings to increase text size.
- High Contrast — Enable in your OS settings: System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Increase Contrast (Mac) or Settings > Accessibility > High Contrast (Windows).
- Reduced Motion — Enable in your OS settings: System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Reduce Motion (Mac) or Settings > Accessibility > Visual Effects (Windows). Our website automatically respects this setting.
- Screen Reader — VoiceOver: Press Cmd+F5 (Mac). NVDA: Download free from nvaccess.org (Windows).
- Focus Indicators — Most browsers show focus outlines by default. If not visible, try a different browser or check your browser accessibility settings.
What AIDA does NOT do
We believe transparency builds trust:
- AIDA does not detect, infer, or record disability status, assistive technology usage, or interaction patterns.
- Does not override your assistive technology settings.
- Does not modify page semantics, inject ARIA overrides, or apply CSS overrides to the page.
- Does not report your usage to anyone.
Technical Measures
Beyond AIDA, accessibility is built into the website's code:
Semantic HTML5
Proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions (<nav>, <main>, <footer>), and ARIA attributes.
Full Keyboard Navigability
Every interactive element is reachable and operable without a mouse.
Focus Management
Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements, proper focus trapping in dialogs.
Color Contrast
Ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
Screen Reader Support
Announcements via aria-live="polite" regions for dynamic content changes.
Motion Preferences
The site reads your OS prefers-reduced-motion setting and disables animations automatically.
Applicable Standards & Regulations
This website has been developed with reference to:
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III — prohibiting discrimination in places of public accommodation, including their websites.
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — requiring federal and federally-funded ICT to be accessible.
- WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA — the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the converging technical standard referenced by all of the above.
- EN 301 549 — the European ICT Accessibility Standard.
- European Accessibility Act (EAA) — EU directive on accessibility requirements for products and services.
- AODA — Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (Canada).
Ongoing Efforts
We treat accessibility as a continuous practice, not a one-time project. We regularly:
- Audit our website against current WCAG success criteria.
- Test with assistive technologies including VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), and TalkBack (Android).
- Test with keyboard-only navigation across all major browsers.
- Review and update our code whenever we add new features or content.
- Monitor evolving accessibility standards and case law to stay current.
Third-Party Content
Some content on this site may be provided by third parties. While not fully within our control, we work to ensure third-party content is as accessible as possible and provide alternative means of accessing the same information where feasible.
If you have trouble with any third-party content, contact us directly and we will provide the information or service through an alternative channel (phone, email, or in person).

We respond within 2 business days

Compliance Scan History
This website is continuously monitored for WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance using Tirani, an automated source-code compliance engine powered by axe-core. Automated testing covers approximately 57% of WCAG criteria. Manual testing with assistive technologies is performed periodically.
| Date | Pages | Pass Rate | Tool | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| March 21, 2026 | 7 | Baseline | axe-core 4.11.1 | Initial Scan |
Scan history is maintained as part of our ongoing compliance audit trail. Violations are remediated in source code — not with runtime overlays or JavaScript injection.
